Steamed Chocolate Oreo Cheesecake
Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
4 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
I did an experiment today. Instead of using the oven, I used the steamer to make the cake. It turned out well. 🙂
