Fancy Lunch!

My husband took me to a fancy buffet resto today. I can eat anywhere but I also appreciate wining and dining once in a while (without really the wine). They have so many choices–so many different cuisines! I do like that they have a room dedicated for cheese. I love cheese and I enjoyed trying the ones they have.

Papa had been requesting for siopao and I didn’t have the time so I took the opportunity to make some today because I have time. 🙂 Ingredients: Siopao dough:260 ml warm (oat) milk2 tsp dry instant yeast2 tbsp brown sugar1/2 Himalayan salt500 g all-purpose flour2 tsp baking powder100 g sugar2 tbsp olive oillime Methods: Filling:salmononiongarlicceleryred bell peppercorianderHimalayan saltolive oil I just sauteed everything in olive oil and cooked it well.
