Cassava Cake

Ingredients:
4 c grated cassava (Do not drain)
2 c coconut milk
1 c condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
3 eggs
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tsp vanilla

Topping:
3/4 c coconut milk
3/4 c condensed milk
1/4 c butter
2 egg yolks
2-3 c grated cheese

Method:

  • Combine all the ingredients and bake at 150-180 C for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Mix the ingredients for the topping and add it to the cake, then broil for 15-20 minutes.
