No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake

500 g. (16 oz.) cream cheese
12 pcs. graham crackers
250 g. (8 oz.) whipping cream
75 g. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon juice

Grease the pan with butter (include the sides)

Mix the melted butter with crushed graham crackers

Pour the base mixture then press it down firmly

Add the whipping cream to the cream cheese

Add the vanilla extract

Add the lemon juice

Add the sugar

Mix well

Pour the batter into the cake pan

Smooth it out

Decorate and store in the fridge for 2-4 hours and then remove it from the mold

I was looking for an easy way to make a cheesecake and found this no-bake recipe from Titli Nihaan. It’s really easy to follow. It’s also delicious but I think I should’ve added 2 or 3 more tablespoons of sugar. I don’t like it too sweet but it’s a little bland for me. I failed to taste it while making it. Also, I should’ve greased the pan with more butter because the base stuck to it. Oh well. There’s always the first time.

Forgive my messy cake. I refused my brother’s offer to help and felt like a pro (which I’m obviously not). Hehe! But we finished the whole cake so it’s not that bad after all. 😉
