Yeast-Free Vegan Pizza
Cashew cheese
Ingredients:
- 2 c raw unsalted cashew nuts (soaked for 1 hr.)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp fine salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
- Soak the cashew nuts for 1 hour
- Drain the cashew nuts and blend
- Add garlic, salt, and pepper
- Add olive oil and lemon juice
No-cook pizza sauce:
Ingredients:
- 1-2 c tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 1 tbsp rosemary
Directions:
- Combine all the ingredients. Mix well.
Pizza dough
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 c all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2/3 c lukewarm water
Directions:
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt
- Add honey, olive oil, and water
Pizza toppings:
Ingredients:
- 2 large bell pepper
- 1 large white onion
- 5 large pieces Portobello mushroom
- fresh basil leaves
